Welcome to The Unbound Agent. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our real estate coaching program. By enrolling or accessing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

By accessing or using our website and coaching program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Services
The Unbound Agent provides a real estate coaching program delivered through weekly live coaching sessions, a structured curriculum, and a private community platform. Access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment of the one-time program fee.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in the coaching program requires payment of $97 USD a month, processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. Access to the program begins immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.
Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for our community platform. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your access to the program. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse the community platform to harass others, post abusive or defamatory content, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property rights, or disrupt the community experience for other members. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the coaching program, including curriculum materials, session recordings, and community resources, is the property of The Unbound Agent and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any program content without our written permission.
No Guarantees of Results
While our coaching is designed to help real estate agents grow their business, individual results depend on your effort, market conditions, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of specific financial outcomes, deal closures, or income levels as a result of participating in the program.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Unbound Agent and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the program is limited to the amount you paid for enrollment.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program and community platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other members or our business. Upon termination, no refund will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
